The LC4 Project and your LC4 Practical Exam will count together for 30% of your LC4 grade. Your LC4 Project is due Week 8 Day 2. You can download another copy of the instructions for your reference. You will need to print your PowerPoint as a handout that contains 6 slides on one page. Give the printed hardcopy to Mr. Braswell. Print your name and section and ID in the header of your hardcopy. All work should be individually completed and should not be the same as another student’s work.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CMP100 LC4 PROJECT You are to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that consists of 6 slides that are designed as follows: Slide 1: An introduction Slide 2: Should show pictures of 5 different input devices with their labels. Slide 3: Should show pictures of 5 different output devices with their labels. Slide 4: Should show pictures of 5 different storage devices with their labels. Slide 5: Should show pictures of 5 different computer ports with their labels and example of a peripheral device that can be connected to each. Slide 6: Should show pictures of the 4 different types of computers with their labels and a field of application for each.
Project Rubric (30 marks): Slide 1: 1 mark Slide 2: 5 marks Slide 3: 5 marks Slide 4: 5 marks Slide 5: 5 marks Slide 6: 4 marks Quality of presentation (Slide transition, animation, background…): 5 marks
