LESSON 13:
EDITING AND FORMATTING DOCUMENTS
OBJECTIVES FOR
LESSON 13
- Delete and insert text using the Backspace and Delete
keys and Insert and Overtype mode.
- Use the Undo and Redo features.
- Edit text using drag-and-drop editing and the cut, copy,
and paste commands.
- Find and replace text.
- Format text with fonts, line spacing, alignment, tabs and
indents, page breaks, and bulleted and numbered lists.
- Check and correct spelling and grammar.
- Display document statistics such as word count.
- Use Print Preview and format a document for printing.
- LESSON 13 - Complete the SBS Activities 13.1 to 13.13 if they were not
completed during Week 5.
- Copy the Terms from the Board into your Notebook. Write a brief
description of each term.
