      The compound in Ciudad Sandino can serve as a base for food and accommodation for teams who desire to travel daily to others areas near Managua, Nicaragua for various ministry opportunities.

Currently, there are 70+ children in Nicaragua who are in the Child Sponsorship program.   Praise the Lord!

May God send more Sponsors who willing and able to donate $12 USD per month or $144 USD per year in order for a child to have an opportunity to receive and education and to study God's Word.

We desire to see more children receive an education who are currently not in a school.  We desire to see children receive a better education at a privately funded Christian school where they will learn their basic subjects while also receiving God’s Word. 

For a monthly sponsorship of $10 USD, a child can go to a Christian school and receive an education that includes God’s Word.

(Casa de Luvi)

A one room home exists with running water to a large outdoor sink for washing clothes.

House 2

(Casa de Bani)

A home with one large room and one kitchen.  This home also has a modern indoor bathroom and an additional large outdoor sink for washing clothes.

House 3

(Casa de Mercedes)

A home with four rooms, a living room, kitchen, and two modern bathrooms.  One is located outside the home which is also used by house #1.  The second modern bathroom is inside the home.

These three homes can be used to carry-out ministries at the base and provide housing to people who are willing to come and serve.

Bath House and Latrine

If teams are to come and utilize the property as a base of operations, there is the need to build bath house that provides 3 or 4 additional showers with small private changing rooms and a latrine that has 3 or 4 additional toilets and sinks.

A multi-purpose building can be built that serves multiple purposes.  A building with multiple rooms can be used for classrooms, accommodation, an office, an Internet Café, a training center, or whatever program requires a room. 

We can open an after-school Christian center for activities for the children.  Many children do not go to an “organized church” for services, but they would come for activities at the base where they would also hear God’s Word.

A large auditorium or theater or place to be used as a house of worship or chapel could be built in order to provide a gathering place for multiple classes or groups or people involved in activities at the base.
